So yeah how's this gonna go down?

I was actually writing up an OP, but then work happened.

I figure we could start with each of the kids just going about their business and then going O hay my chums are online! I'm going to assume they had that chat about Sburb beforehand, but I'm open to weird time shit if we need to add flashbacks and things.

Yeah, alright. Sounds good. I guess the little details (like who found Sburb first and the like) can be ironed out as we're progressing?

That works. Skimming over interests and descriptions, it seems like Matt or Adam would be most likely to find Sburb. I know Matt's the first one in, and it would fit if he found the game and talked everyone into playing just to get away from Christmas.

And posted. I'm numbering it because I have no idea how long this RP is going to get, and if it's anything like Homestuck in scope, we're gonna want to split it at some point.

I'm bad at explaining but basically they're ships made mainly of their text color, with designs based on their interests, or with an item related to their strife specibus inside.

Except in Matt's case. He got an Christmas themed ship.

Ha. I just wanted to know what Eris would be reacting to getting or not getting, depending on whether or not she's bothered opening things yet.

Before the chatlog, I was jokingly thinking Eris might just annoy the trolls to the point that they just wanted to stab her to get her to knock it off. Now I'm still thinking she might, but it's a lot less funny. =/

I could see Matt killing himself to do so. He'd probably help with the others because it would be TRAGIC or something.

Wait, guys, I know how I could make Joan's story even more tragic. A doomed Joan goes back in time to kill the Joan sleeping on the Quest Bed, works up the willpower to kill herself, then goes to Eris's strike. God it would be like a complete angst-fest for her.

Evan would most likely do it if prompted in the right way... such as "this will let you fix what you screwed up", play on his guilty conscience and all.

So that's potentially half the team with uberstrength, and I imagine the other three will be quite competent without it. Even with the Sweet Sprite and Hella Boss situation we've got built up, they should manage all right in the end.

WELP that was incredibly awkward sorry again guys <_< Mess told me you're getting this thing started and you needed me here so I decided to drop by.

If anyone cares for the explanation, I reopened my pokemon RP site and had been busy trying to manage that and catch up and such, and it didn't seem like much was getting done in Forumstuck. So I sort of got caught up with my site and forgot to check this one until Mess was like "OH HEY STUFF IS HAPPENING~" and I was like "... well damn."

SO I just caught up on the OOC thread and I'm reading the Skaian Holiday thread. Is there anything I should know that is not -in- these threads?

(Also what happened to the apple prototype come on it was in one of my chats D: )

I think Sparky chose to swap it out for something else, on the theory that the characters (not knowing that prototype = buffing/nerfing the enemies) would drop something cool into the kernel going for the most awesome looking sprite instead.

As for what's not in the threads... no one's actually playing Shep so feel free to just make something up if you want a message from him in your post. Other than that, I think it's all sort of "making it up as we go along".

Yeah, we were trying to think of a way to really bork up our session that didn't involve prototyping a guardian, and what we came up with was "Kids prototype really cool looking things and make the boss an utter nightmare through sheer accident." So Eris throws in a Dalek, Evan puts in a multiple-headed dragon...

We were also trying to work out who goes god-tier. Nothing definite yet.

I think someone suggested Rick put in a Majora mask and it give Jeanne the actual Majora powers. There were a couple of other suggestions tossed out.

You know, I was thinking it was going to be bad enough trying to draw Boss Jeanne BEFORE we decided to make her an uberboss.

... I don't think Adam has something appropriately epic or cool looking. Will a perpetual motion machine do? << He somehow ended up rigging his computer with one, though he's too sucky at the machines to figure out what it is exactly he did.
